are shipped F.O.B. South Deerfield, MA, with charges prepaid and
added to your invoice. Unless otherwise requested, shipment will
be by U.P.S. Ground Service for delivery in the lower 48 states
and Canada, and by U.S. Postal Service, Priority Mail, to Alaska,
Hawaii and U.S. Territories. Call us to arrange shipments to any
other country.
- Most orders
are shipped within 2 business days of receipt, although supplier
and/or production delays do occasionally occur. You will be notified
of ship date or delays in your confirming email.
- We do not
accept credit cards. Your name and/or purchase order number is
sufficient for us to ship now and bill you later. Call if you
require special billing arrangements.
